COLLECTION INSTRUCTIONS.
Please enter the compound via the large Blue gate on the main road ( Judge Heath Lane )
- 1) If you have booked & paid to leave your vehicle with us then please park temporarily on the street where you will not get a parking ticket. Do not park in front of the gate or block any surrounding driveways.
- 2)
- Enter the yard on foot and report to the reception located towards the rear left hand side of the yard 3) We will carry out the handover that will take up to 45 mins. The handover will comprise of a briefing on how to operate the motorhomes features & functions and it requires your full attention. We will ensure all your questions will be answered. If you have previously hired from us, then the checkout will take around 20 minutes.
- 4) Once the check in is complete, we will arrange for you to bring your vehicle in and transfer any belongings from your car if need be.
- Your keys will need to be left with us, along with any immobilisation instructions. All vehicles left with us are considered safe but are still left at the owners risk.

- We do not allow the following items onboard our motorhomes.
- Air fryers
- Microwaves
- Additional 12 volt cool box’s
- Additional fridges
- Additional T.V sets
- Mopeds
- Large Suitcases can only be placed in the garage and are not allowed in the motorhome as the wheels can damage the vinyl floor.
- Muddy boots or rain gear must be bagged.
- Other large appliances.
- 12 Volt or house hold appliances can drain our leisure battery’s or be a hazard ⚠️ to the occupants / vehicle when the vehicle is in motion.
- Please avoid bringing young children under the age of 10 to the check in,
- If you do bring young children, an adult must accompany them at all times while on site for health and safety reasons.
- If you are running more than 30 minutes late to the check in. Please inform us at your earliest convenience. We have a WC and refreshments onsite.
